Why tutor with Chichester Tuition Hub?
Why do we exist?
Over the last 10 years, the market for private tuition has grown significantly. The reality is that the world of private tuition is relatively unregulated. With anyone, regardless of qualifications or experience able to call themselves a ‘tutor’. This can make it difficult for parents and students to assess the quality of instruction they will receive.
With Chichester Tuition Hub, parents are able to select a tutor safe in the knowledge that they are a fully qualified subject specialist teacher, providing expert instruction for their child. Teachers are subject to enhanced DBS checks and undergo mandatory safeguarding training every 12 months.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for people who have a true passion for their specialism and love their subject, as we believe that this love and enthusiasm will be contagious to our students.
It is important that our tutors have a detailed knowledge of the GCSE specifications, as our sessions need to be specific, targeted, and efficient in order to best support our students in their exam preparation.
While training will be provided, it is essential that our tutors are tech savvy and have a willingness to learn new skills, as technology plays a vital role in our teaching methods.
Additionally, being QTS qualified is a requirement for our tutors, ensuring that they have the necessary pedagogical knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality tuition.
Drop us a quick message if you would like to work with us. We’d love to hear from you!
We are especially keen to hear from:
Any teachers who may be on maternity/paternity leave and are keen to keep their skills sharp and top up that statutory pay!
Teachers who have/are looking to go part time and therefore have daytime availability as we look to expand out homeschool provision in early 2024.
